If you are committed to providing holistic patient centred care then Shropdoc is offering an exciting opportunity for you to join our clinical team.
We provide patients with a high quality, caring and responsive service every day of the year. As testament to our staff and service provision we have recently been awarded an outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and have been identified as a leading provider of patient care in the country.
Shropdoc have provided out of hours services to over 600,000 patients in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and Powys for 20 years and this continues to be a major focus of our work. In more recent times we have expanded to support the local health economy by providing our valued Care Coordination Centre (CCC), GP Practice Triage and Oncology Helpline services.
We are looking to expand our team of Urgent Care Practitioners (UCP Level two) to provide our patients with a comprehensive face to face assessment in their own home or at one of our bases.
We offer a training programme that develops you clinically, and expands your critical thinking, to ensure patients have a smooth journey and receive the right care and the right time. Continuous Professional Development is important to us and we offer regular learning and development sessions for all of our clinical team.
You will be an experienced healthcare professional passionate about providing patients with the highest level of care and treatment. The role requires a high degree of critical thinking, advanced decision making and comprehensive patient assessment skills.
