We are a not for profit Company providing a range of medical services for patients 24/7, 365 days a year. We are currently looking to recruit a talented and team spirited Call Handler’s working a range of workstreams, initially on a flexible rota pattern of 25 hours per week with a view to moving into a permanent 4 weekly rota pattern early in 2018.
The rota pattern will include a mix of weekday multiple workstream shifts (between 08.00 – 20.00) and also some out of hour call handler shifts (weekday evenings from 17.45 and from 07.00 – 00.15 weekends and Bank Holidays)
30% uplift for evenings from 8pm and overnight to 6 am including Saturday daytime, 60% uplift for Sunday shifts.

You will be responsible for receiving calls from both healthcare professionals and the general public.
You will be expected to deliver an administration service with the highest of standards ensuring that a quality service is delivered to the business.
You must have a standard of education comparable to five GCSE’s/Grade 4-9 including Maths and English, ECDL or equivalent experience, have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and dedicated to providing the very best patient experience. Previous call handling experience and or relevant customer service experience required. Please refer to the job description and person specification for the role. Full training will be given.
