Clinical Lead

£42,000 per annum

37.5 hours a week, core hours are daytime Monday to Friday including  

one evening and or weekend shift per week

Shropdoc are looking for an experienced Clinician with excellent management and leadership qualities.

You will be key to the provision of high quality care for patients through the continuous development and improvement of the Urgent Care Practitioner level 2 and 3 workforce, who work in Shropdoc primary care bases/UCC and undertake home visits.

Working in partnership with the Clinical Services Manager and the Medical Directorate, you will drive continuous improvement in the organisation and help to develop the service operationally to meet both current and future needs for maintaining the sustainability and quality of the Shropdoc service.

The post holder must also maintain clinical competence to ensure safe and effective patient care through undertaking one evening and or weekend shift per week in a clinical role.

You will have a minimum of 5 years post registration experience, experience of managing and leading a team, significant experience of developing, facilitating and delivering clinical education and training sessions and delivering patient care in an urgent care primary care or community setting.
