We are currently looking to recruit a talented and team spirited Despatcher to cover the below shift pattern. This will also include bank holidays.

You will be dealing directly with health care professionals and patients over the phone, via email and fax, ensuring all data entered into our systems is accurate.

You will be responsible for the smooth running and efficiency of the ‘Patient Pathway’ liaising with clinicians, call centre and field staff ensuring Home Visits and Base Appointments are undertaken, monitored and dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with laid down procedures and timescales. A challenging role that requires the ability to multi-task, time manage and meet strict targets using field and call centre systems and processes to support the role.

You will have 5 GCSE’s or equivalent, grade A-C / 4-9 and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be able to prioritise and work on your own initiative, have strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion and integrity.

Previous call handling, customer service or call centre experience would be an advantage.

Full training will be given.
