We are recruiting for a talented and team spirited Call Handler on a fixed rota pattern of 0800-1300 Monday to Friday inclusive on a fixed term until 30th September.
You may be required to cover some Saturdays (similar shift times) as required. You will receive a 30% uplift for Saturday shifts.
You will be responsible for receiving calls from both healthcare professionals and the general public.
You will be expected to deliver an administration service with the highest of standards ensuring that a quality service is delivered to the business.
You must have a standard of education comparable to five GCSE’s/Grade 4-9 including Maths and English, ECDL or equivalent experience, have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and dedicated to providing the very best patient experience. Previous call handling experience and or customer service experience would be an advantage. Full training will be given.
