We are an expanding not for profit Company providing a range of medical services for patients 24/7, 365 days a year. We are currently looking to recruit talented and team spirited Call Handlers working a range of workstreams on fixed rota patterns, ranging from 28 to 33 hours per week. The rota patterns will include a mix of weekday daytime, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays on varied work-streams. The need to be flexible is essential.
You will be responsible for receiving calls from both healthcare professionals and the general public.
You will be expected to deliver an administration service with the highest of standards ensuring that a quality service is delivered to the business.
You must have a standard of education comparable to five GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English, ECDL or equivalent experience, have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and dedicated to providing the very best patient experience. Previous call handling experience and / or customer service experience would be an advantage. Specific on job training will be provided.
