This is an exciting career development role with significant opportunity for growth. You will be part of a support team, supporting a diverse range of clinical teams to solve real world healthcare problems using the NHS’s evidence based Technology Enabled Care methodology (www.simple.uk.net).
Working as part of our team and with the Community of Practice, you will help to transform the way clinicians and patients engage with shared healthcare management. This exciting role supports the enablement of clinicians to help patients to help themselves, and to achieve better and faster clinical outcomes.
As a team member, you will develop and use your skills and passion to innovate, inspire and support members of the Community of Practice from the UK and further afield. You will work with and support team members in a dynamic environment on service operations, and support Community of Practice members with capability improvement, evaluation, case study development and communications as well as day-to-day support for other members of the team.
The successful candidate will be looking to progress their career in new areas of healthcare already and be comfortable and confident with digital technology and pro-active self learning. The candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and will be the first point of contact for the team both internally and externally. You will need to be an effective communicator, highly organised and a self-starter. Previous experience within an NHS environment and knowledge of Simple Telehealth and Florence would be an advantage.
You will be primarily home based requiring a positive and enthusiastic approach to maintain the highest levels of commitment and service without regular face-to-face contact with team members.
Due to the nature of the close support working with other Stoke-on-Trent based team members; this role is locality dependent in Stoke-on-Trent.
