We are an expanding not for profit Company providing a range of medical services for patients 24/7, 365 days a year. We are currently looking to recruit talented and team spirited Call Handlers working on our busy overnight shifts on fixed rota patterns, ranging from 29.75 to 36.75 hours per week.
The rota patterns are either 2100-0800 or 0000-0900 on a 4 day on, 4 days off rolling rota. This will include weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays.
You will be responsible for receiving calls from both healthcare professionals and the general public.
You will be expected to deliver an administration service with the highest of standards ensuring that a quality service is delivered to the business.
You must have a standard of education comparable to five GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English, ECDL or equivalent experience, have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and dedicated to providing the very best patient experience. Previous call handling experience and or customer service experience would be an advantage. Specific on job training will be provided for this role.
