Assistant Field Team Manager

37.5 hours per week

Monday – Friday 9-5 with required flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and bank holidays

£28,000 per annum

Shropdoc are a not-for-profit company providing a range of urgent & primary care medical services for patients 24/7, 365 days a year, meeting the health care needs of the population we serve across Shropshire and Powys.

Shropdoc are looking for an Assistant Field Team Manager, working in close partnership with the Field Team Manager and Medicines Management Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and smooth running of Primary Care Centres to include all operational equipment, vehicles, staffing and health and safety issues.

With successful experience in managing teams, you will be a dynamic leader who thrives on seeing their teams deliver at their optimum. You will be a motivated and energetic agent for change who is able to build relationships at all levels. You will be able to plan, organise and prioritise an ever changing workload. Ideally, you will have experience in a health care environment and understand our regulatory requirements, though this is not essential.
