Shropdoc are a not-for-profit company providing a range of urgent & primary care medical services for patients 24/7, 365 days a year, meeting the health care needs of the population we serve across Shropshire and Powys.
We are recruiting for a Call Centre Administrator/Rota co-ordinator. This is a varied role which involves supporting the Call Centre Manager with administrative and rota management tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth running of all Call Centre Operations. You will assist in developing and co-ordinating best care service pathways for patients and keep all documentation up to date.
You will provide administrative support including the compilation of reports to line management and various external bodies. You will have experience in rota management and able to work to tight deadlines. You should have a flexible and proactive outlook to workload in order to manage fluctuations and operational need, an awareness of HR issues and working time directives is desirable.
The post holder will be required to have a flexible outlook to workload in order to manage fluctuations and operational need.
You must have excellent communication skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a computerised rota system. You must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritise an ever changing work load as well as the ability to build and maintain great relationships throughout the organisation and externally.
