Field Team Manager – Full Time
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, to include occasional weekend, evenings and bank holidays working
£30,000 per annum
Responsible for operational management of the field team and the delivery of high quality service provision.
Including the Management of:
The Driving Team, Vehicle Fleet; Primary Care Centres, equipment and process.

Your role will ensure the efficient and smooth running of the 8 Primary Care Centres across Shropshire and Powys, instigating, developing and maintaining services to meet contractual needs, support the staff team, and ensure high quality service delivery for our patients
An experienced People Manager, Leader, Innovator, Communicator, Motivator who is Computer literate, and able to plan and organise.
