Shropdoc's Employee Health & Well Being Event
Shropdoc’s inaugural Health & Well Being day was held on 2nd December in Shrewsbury.
Attendees took advantage of the head and shoulder massages and reflexology sessions; hopefully you returned to your desks suitably relaxed! Creative corner offered staff the opportunity to take part in therapeutic colouring, Rubik’s Cubes and puzzles. There were also a number of exercise challenges run – Aaron from Finance won the exercise quiz and Simon from Paycare won the kettlebell challenge.
A range of healthy food and drinks were also provided, and health information was available from a number of vendors.
The raffle raised £76.50 for the Harry Johnson Trust – thank you to everyone who purchased a ticket!
