Shropdoc | Shropshire | £65,000 OTE + Performance Incentives

You’ll work directly with the CEO and CFO to identify, develop, and deliver new commercial opportunities, from concept through to operational reality.
Growth & Innovation
• Identify and develop new revenue streams and service models
• Lead market entry and expansion initiatives
• Build compelling business cases and commercial propositions
Partnerships & Influence
• Develop and secure strategic partnerships
• Lead high-level negotiations and collaborations
• Represent Shropdoc externally with credibility and impact
Delivery & Results
• Build and manage a high-value commercial pipeline
• Take opportunities from concept to negotiation and implementation
• Deliver measurable growth outcomes and new services
You’re a commercial leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to turn opportunity into reality.
You will bring:
• Proven success in developing and delivering commercial growth
• Experience creating new services, ventures, or partnerships
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence skills
• Ability to assess commercial viability and financial impact
• A self-directed, resilient, and results-driven approach
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is valuable but not essential. What matters most is your ability to identify opportunity and deliver results.
